The new ABR isn't bad, it's just exactly the same as their last 2 (or maybe 3) records. They're sorely lacking in good musical ideas. Most of their new record is a few good ideas stretched across the length of the record, and then they fill the gaps with "generic ABR" stuff.

Except Coordinates and Carbon Copy; those songs are pretty cool in whole (minus that bridge in Coordinates that robs the song of its momentum and contributes nothing musically)
