Really never listened to this band but saw them live last night. First off they played for like 2 hours, good lord.

Anyways, I thought Wallflower was a really good song live.

That and Cloud Connected were the two songs that stood out the most to me (and only for the weak). I enjoyed the older stuff in general a lot more but would have been more enjoyable if I actually knew that songs and didn't just hear chugging I'm sure.

The hate for modern day In Flames seems to be quite unanimous but guess what? This is a great album. It sounds refreshened, the hooks are giant, the songwriting is more focused than usual, the electronics are as great as ever and alt. rock influence suited this record quite well.



I always liked what these guys been doin' since RtR, with some exceptions like Come Clarity or Siren Charms. And this one even reminded me of the glorious Soundtrack somehow.
