"I do like giving a good summary- my summary for the new Vektor is probably be my proudest moment though."

Haha yeah that's another memorable one from this year.

And how the hell do you have 90 reviews yet only 8 comments haha

album is better than siren charms but still pretty shit, the choruses sound so weak, uncompelling and forced it is a bit cringeworthy on here tbh

>> the word is inept*

>> Each of these tracks features insipid riffs and inapt techno elements that bring absolutely no sense of rejuvenation to the band’s newer direction.

inapt (adj.): inappropriate; unfitting; not suited to the purpose or occasion

inept (adj.): inappropriate; unsuitable; out of place.

Either is fine.

From one of the greatest of the 90s to just another unioriginal, uninspiring, shit-core band on the walls of Hot Topic. I

Maybe the worst album cover I've seen this year other than the new Metallica.

Edit: Just googled it and I guess it looks better up close, but it's still not great.

We could forgive them in 2011 when they released “Sounds of a Playground Fading” because, even as middling as it was, it was still better than In Flames’ first proper misfire: “A Sense of Purpose”

LOL ok

This album is just foul

I'm a big melodic death metal fan but had so far passed up In Flames because all I heard was how they suck now. Finally listened to some of the old stuff and I don't know why it took me so long to listen. So awesome.

Now that I have heard a bit of this new stuff, I just can't understand how a self respecting awesome metal band would do this to themselves.

Ye i dont know what i should think about this after one listen. I feel garbage but there are so many positive reviews of this out there that i kinda feel im missing something.

Its probably just that those reviewers suck unrationally hard
