Thankyou for the review, it grabbed me so much I went out and bought the album. Already a fan of AFI, but I'd only really listened to Decemberunderground and Crash Love. This album is superb, not a single track I don't enjoy

Glad it grabbed you Sweeney. This is by far the best AFI album in my opinion, but then again it is also the first one I ever heard so I guess it carries extra weight.

This was the first album that I ever was obsessed with, like, listen to it in full 4-5 times a day obsessed.
I agree that everything after this album has been inconsistent, but there's always room in my heart for AFI, so I'm cautiously optimistic about the new album
