never owned/heard this whole album but always thought bent was a badass song, esp. the bridge

How bizarre. My experience with this album is uncannily similar to the reviewers. I remember getting off the school bus after listening to Eminem or a band like Alien Ant Farm before walking inside and cringing when I heard Mum playing Matchbox 20 on the stereo. Now more than a decade later I really dig a lot of Matchbox 20's stuff.

i was the same way. i remember making fun of my mom when she bought this CD. i stole it from her like 2 years ago after being exposed to some of these songs while working in retail - it really is a solid collection of tunes.
