I'll give you that maybe she is a bit overused at this point, but her inclusion in stuff like Addicted was a home run

It's not just Anneke -- just female vocals in general when supplementing the normal vocalist in metal: See: that one song from Fallujah's Dreamless. It just feels awkward for me and doesn't do anything for the song.
Addicted...that has some exceptions. That's just a fun record.
