nah you don't, trust me, this album has some similarities, but Wunder has gone a very different direction with his instrumentation while maintaining the core aesthetic, and then on top of that Fell makes the band sound so different that it's almost not comparable

Yeah I still feel like it would be better to know how he got here though. I usually feel that way.

Vox are great. Like a mix between Jimmy Ryan and Jacob Bannon.

like seriously theres hints of bm, sludge, progressive, folk, crust, black n roll, etc. All of it just blending in what can in the end only be refered to as Metal.
Kinda reminds me of the sonic palette/coherence of early Mastodon in that respect

So glad to see Fell isn't dead an still ripping his throat to shreds. Really into it after my first listen.
