Yeah I've seen kind of varying reception for this but it sounds worth at least a few listens.

This can sound a bit samey sometimes, but there's some gems here yeah.

I'm so jealous... I'm glad it was so good, though. She toured with Car Seat Headrest for a bit, too. If she ever comes to Australia, I'll have to jump at it.

This might sound dumb, but what do you think of the recording of her vocal performance on Brittle Boned? It sticks out to me as somewhat different from the rest, particularly the way her voice seems to artificially break off at one point ("And the whir--ring machines"), though I could be hearing things. Also, I find the way she doubles her voice in some of the songs charming, particularly in Good News, which seems the least subtle.

yeah for sure man the doubled vocals really makes some of her stuff more powerful especially during the ends of song. you made me wanna listen to Brittle Boned now though haha

I don't know if I dislike 'Something', or I've just heard it too much. Whatever the case, it's the song I like the least on this (which isn't saying all that much), which I find interesting because it seems to be her most popular.
