Great band, great album, but there's something still missing. I hope the next album delivers that! Worth the time and money nevertheless!

^^ maybe because this album just isn't very good?

This album is nice, stacks up well next to similar stuff: wild nothing, beach fossils etc. Not sure why it's getting so many low ratings. Seems better than Oshin anyway.

I think this is a highly under rated record, sure they're privileged douches but this is a solid record in my eyes.

Lead man's parents are loaded New Yorkers, father musician and mother editor at Vogue magazine. The whole band essentially came together with their parents funding and paying for their artsy Williamsburg lifestyle in Brooklyn. They're talented and I like their music but they've had backing and had nearly all doors open to them via connections.

gotta pay your rock and roll duties.

First 2 tracks were good, then I was listening to "Bent" (which sucks) while reading JWT's comment and I am already put off a little. Also 17 tracks, meh, don't know if I am gonna finish this.
