BC&SL is overrated imo, especially by people who criticize Systematic Chaos. Both are around equally as cheesy as well as having some really great moments too. A Dramatic Turn and the Distance Over time are both better than them I'm thinking, but not by much.
This is actually pretty decent if you cut like 8-11 full-length tracks and the pointless interludes. It'd definitely eclipse the s/t and maybe even SC, Black Clouds, and Dramatic Turn in that case.
