The vocalist went behind his back and copyrighted the name, hijacked most of the social media accounts, and then kicked him out of the band. Now there's the founding guitarist (who is taking his old band mates to court) and the thieves both releasing music under the same name.

i dont really give a shit if Bart made it a full-time band or if Krzysztof was jealous of Bart or if Krzysztof is a little diva bitch or whatever else. they're admitting here that this is Krzys' project, he wrote the songs. therefore it wasn't Bart's to take.
