Shimmy is definitely not a filler. It is one of the most unique tracks from the album (another one of my opinions, so don't kill me). And Bounce may not be a serious track but there is a dark and vulgar message behind the song that makes it so interesting. And the loud and explosive drums and guitar make Bounce a pretty intense, heavy song. I don't know why, but so many people are underrating Psycho and I totally agree with them. I used to like the song until I realized how simplistic and skippable it is. Same goes with X and Jet Pilot. There are a lot of great songs on the album, but it isn't a perfect album.
