I really enjoyed Dead Throne as well, it was fairly consistent and Kansas was actually a fantastic instrumental.

Planet a and asteroid are easily some of their best songs. Idk why, maybe they just aren't a whole album band but their ep's are always better than most of their albums.

I guess they just don't have an interesting enough variation in their songs to make them work for longer than about half an hour, at which point they start to sound dull and recycled.

Yea, it's a choir to listen to their whole albums. I think plagues is the only album I played through easily but that was years ago.

Mike Hranica is the furthest from a choir you can get.

Lol, damn. I hate swype sometimes. Thinking of mike his voice is shot. Even his lows(if you can call them that anymore) had to be layered as backing vocals.

still waiting on these guys to release something that won't go into the recycling bin after 2 listens. The potential is there, but they always end up flopping.

I'm old fashion. I like the process of dragging the shit to the bin and saying a farewell before completely trashing that shit.

"Anyone who hypes BMTH does not deserve an opinion. They are lazy, dull and are made to appeal to the lowest common denominator of music fans; scene kids. Their new album is gonna be a solid 1."

Pretty sure lowest common denominator of music fans are people who like that terrible mainstream rap autotune shit and also country music.

I can't speak for country music fans as living in the UK the closest you get to the kind of country fan you are implying is a guy with a John Denver poster on the wall. However 'terrible mainstream rap autotune' is a) not a specific set of fans, b) sounds hipster as fuck and c) doesn't particularly have an annoyin or intrusive fanbase. Those people are avoidable and for the most part a thousand times less cringey than your average scene kid.
