Doin alright. Had a spat with people on the Citadel review and kind of embarrassed myself lol. I get the feels too hard from certain bands, better off keeping a low profile.

ehhhh you're allowed to disagree with people, it facilitates discussion. Even if people normally can't maintain common courtesy when their opinion is getting bashed, it's still more interesting than "this album is good", "yeah it's pretty good". Ne Obliviscaris have always had a fair amount of hate from the more vocal sput community though, which is disappointing, so I feel that.

It honestly seems like when a band reaches a certain level of popularity, especially if they started out relatively obscure, automatically they get shunned. Not every time but it's pretty common here.
Like NeO has almost 50k likes on their FB page. That's so not metal.
Great review btw, pretty much my exact feelings on this joint. I thought Human Connection was kinda overrated personally. One Door is fuckin amazing though.

Cheers man, appreciate it. It didn't get a whole lot of attention but that's hardly surprising for a small band releasing an ehhh album. 100% agree on HC but didn't check One Door since I wasn't impressed by the others, might give it a try down the track.

Ohhhh One Door was the opener, I didn't even remember that, only spun it once and wasn't interested at all. Will give that song another whirl soon then, since I have it on my computer and don't need internet for it.

It's really good. Lyrics are very powerful, something that was missing from like all but 2 tracks here.

Chaos Divine: Always on the cusp of being great, but never quite getting there.

This is way better than I remember it being, that first track is too damn good. Vocal performance on here is impressive. Hopefully they put out another albums soon.
