its so funny that when this came out, i called it her "hardest to access" (because it was, at that time, but... my, how things have changed lol)

I like her first two albums, but I'm struggling to vibe with this one. It feels a bit bloated to me, like many of the songs seem to outstay their welcome. I do want to give it a chance though, it definitely seems a little less "vibrant" than her previous efforts. Which is not necessarily a bad thing, it's just not gripping me yet.

New album is fab by the way! She covers some really heavy subjects in it too, which is a nice surprise. Enjoying it a lot!



Edit - Froot could now potentially be my favourite album from Marina. I'm getting it now! Great album to pop on whilst I'm working. The opening track is fantastic.
