the free trial thing is only for mobile devices (or was).
just login using an email or facebook, and you can stream whatever they have, but you'll have to suffer through commericals.

They have a free trial for the premium version which gets you past the ads but the normal version is easily accessible and free if you don't mind the advertisements

Listening now, agree there is a bit of an Ulver vibe here, also an Enslaved influence it seems. So far to me it just seems like regular BM, not really "atmospheric" BM but maybe I'm just picky with what I consider to be such or haven't heard the songs yet that fit the bill more. Regardless, it's pretty good. I think the main vocalist doesn't quite hit the black metal style shrieks I care for but alright overall.

It's more folk bm than it is atmospheric bm. I mean there's still a nice atmosphere here, but I wouldn't exactly call it atmospheric bm.

^^^ yes would agree, the more I'm listening the more folk I'm hearing as well.

Couldn't decide between giving this a 3 or 3.5 but went with 3.5, enjoyed it for the most part. Would have been easier to give the 3.5 or maybe even higher if it wasn't for the vocals, didn't care for them much. Surprisingly I actually liked the clean vocalist better than the regular one, which is rare for me. I'm picky with vocs though.

i'm not a big fan of the clean vox on here. also at some points it really irks me how hard they try to be so fucking epic

"i have kinda mixed feelings about this"

i liked it at first, then i really liked it, and now i love it. hope it grows on you man.

also, i realize folk is one of the heaviest influences here, but this honestly has a pretty atmospheric vibe i think

edit: i don't really think they try to be "more epic" than your standard bm/folk band.
