I think it's great, definitely Earl's most consistent release. His 'tired' kinda flow does grate on me at times but, as usual, his lyrics are pretty interesting and well written.

also 30-40 mins can often times be about 100x more effective for an album then an hour plus can. short and sweet is better than too long 9 times out of 10

I agree that short and sweet is much better. Maybe not the best example but Childish Gambino's Because the Internet would have been way more interesting if it was cut down to like forty minutes.
