Well dang, I'm not a donor so I can't hear it yet.

Finally gave this a listen! Definitely have me those nice throwback Red vibes that I can never get enough of. Nothing particularly sticks in the head, but I can def see this growing

It is a bit of a grower surprisingly.

I went from loving it to a season where I thought it was just average to loving it again once I put my elitism aside and enjoyed it for what it is.

This has a filler song or maybe two on it, but in general it's spectacular

I'm already feeling a 4.5 on the new songs. They're just Red being their awesome, epic selves.

Michael's said they're working on an album but they want to get it right before they release it. I'm hoping it'll be this year.

For some reason The Ever ends up being my favorite track on this album. I just love that crescendo at the middle. This could arguably be their best release tbh.

Agreed. I had my doubts when I first heard the album upon release, since I pretty much grew up listening to their first three, each holding a special place in my heart. And honestly this could easily be their opus.

Although I think they could've switched both The Ever and Part That's Holding On with the former being the closer tbh.

Funny. Just jammed this again yesterday. Awesome to see it bumped. And agreed, this is their peak. The new one is shaping up to be great but I doubt it'll surpass this.

There's a couple songs on this that are kind of filler by Red standards, but it's definitely top tier Red regardless. Innocence & Instinct is still the peak for me though.

New album is shaping up to be great so far. Dunno if it will match this but we'll see.

This album has their best stuff since Innocence, but it's too long. If they cut out the mediocre songs and made it as short as Innocence, it would be as good.

Wouldn't mind if they got rid of Fight to Forget, switched tracks 14 and 13 with each other and added a fade-in intro to Shadow and Soul since the sudden guitar explosion after Impostor annoys me a bit.

I like this album but I just can't get into the riffs. The other albums hit harder. I guess its just a preference thing.

Agreed, cut like 3 or 4 songs and the second half of Shadow and Soul and you'd have an easy 4.5
