An improvement yes but it's good at best. The record before it was just horrible.

In my world The High End of Low might be the worst album of all time. I try to have respect for musicians even if I find no enjoyment in their music, but the High End of Low made me feel so angry and cheated out of money I don't see how I will ever listen to Manson ever again. Don't give a fuck bout the old stuff either.

I remain steadfast unconvinced. I've never done meth and that album made me feel like I was going through severe meth
withdrawal.
You guys should check out Nostalghia instead.
