Recently bought this, its intriguing to say the least!

I also think "I might be wrong" and "Life in a Glasshouse" are the best tracks on here. Call me narrow minded, but P/PRD is just random fuzz to me!

Overall, probably Radioheads second weakest album after pablo honey, simply because it feels like a leftover of Kid A. Still a good album though.

P/PRD still isn't that good. I listened to this album the other night, and that track's still a miss even with me developing a taste for electronica. The rest of this album minus 6-8 is ace though.

"pull/pulk is one of the best songs on here"

whats so good about random drum beats and distorted vocals?

they could have taken that song off and replaced it with cuttooth or something....

it doesn't matter if its just drums and distorted vocals, the way it starts off really heavy and then that trippy high electronic line and the vocals just make it one of the coolest songs on here. "treefingers" is just guitar and that's one of my favorite tracks on Kid A

The songs on Amnesiac are as good as Kid A it just lacks flow and structure. Also anyone who thinks this is Radiohead's second weakest is severely misguided and following a trend. This is much much better than The Bends, Hail to the Thief and In Rainbows. This Message Edited On 10.06.08

It is probably their worst work but it doesn't really suck... Some songs on here have infinite replay value and Radiohead doesn't fail to put you in a relaxed mood even with Amnesiac.

Haha I've got that before. I actually prefer Pablo Honey to this, but Amnesiac surely does have its masterful moments.

I had a spiritual epiphany on mushrooms while listening to this album. Great record, and a very nice idea to release it shortly after Kid A, instead of doing a double album or something along the lines of that. I remember Yorke saying something like Kid A was the sound watching the fire from afar, but amnesiac is like being in the fire. Makes sense to me.

imo this is radiohead's 3rd best album, and one of their three masterpieces, the other two being OKC and Kid A. Great, unfairly underrated album.
