To the Ground is so visceral, I love it! The new drummer fits in with this band so much.

Your summery couldn't be more wrong and generic. Just last year we got a fantastic ABR album, a
fantastic Misery Signals Album, a fantastic Dillinger album, a fantastic Every Time I Die album and a
dick ton more which are all metalcore. I swear every time a good metalcore album comes out it's the
same damn summery.

I just realized From Parts Unknown came out this past year, which further proves the incorrectness of
your summery.

Duckman, shut the fuck up. Stupid statement isn't necessary, ya fucking idiot.

Anyways, has anyone else noticed that some of the riffs, especially the opening riffs in Lifetime in Ruins, seem to be heavily influenced by Dino-era Fear Factory?

Haven't heard of these guys before, but The Swarm is a good ass song. Will have to check out the rest.

Probably blasted this album 50 plus times now but that also is because it's the only cd in my car too but that's not a problem.

that's a pretty odd comparison, haven't noticed it myself but I haven't jammed this a terribly great amount tbh

Still like Eyes of Fire a bit better (just something about it, can't put my finger on it) but this really caught me off guard. Figured these guys were doomed to schlep through the rest of their career very average. Not so.

If you seriously think Bleeding Through were massive when metalcore was in its Infancy you need to do more homework. Earth Crisis? Integrity? hulud? morning again? Thats what I call the infancy of metalcore. The bleeding through hype came much later.
