"Believe it or not, the majority of La Dispute's fanbase is about as rabid as BVB's fanbase, except La Dispute's fanbase is predominately filled with 20 somethings who feel they were born in the wrong generation."

This doesn't seem appealing but Imma listen to it sometime I guess just so I can rate it. I know La dispute is better than this without even listening.
Good review tho snide.

"Apparently some can't handle hearing that I don't like La Dispute's vocalist without pulling the BVB
card out their asses."
I mean it's a pretty easy card to pull when you think Andy Biersack is the best vocalist of all time

Idk it might be ok if Matty Mullins has exhausted all his bad lyrics on this album.

Tbh it will probably be the same musically. It's not like they've changed much on the last three records.

that's what i'm hoping. that MMF will be his output for life/social experience stuff and his solo shit will be for preaching because tbh MMF went downhill when he made it all jesus-freaky

New MMF album will probably continue in the more preachy lyrical direction, but with even more generic instrumentation. Ah well... I'm seeing them in November because I wanted to see Yellowcard & Emarosa, I'm sure it'll still be a fun show.
|

he is a preachy muddafukka, that's for sure.
I wanna ask if this is better or worse than jonny craig's solo effort. Aaaaand go.
