idk i like that they have the Northlane-ish vibe now that Northlane went in another direction. hoping the new album has more of the ambient/atmospheric bits tho

they do sound like Northlane hard tho, they just need to move away from that a bit and they could be realy cool

Some of the songs off of this sound really good. Others are just kinda eh.

Mort have you heard any of their earlier work? Lightfinder? WolfSkin? The OG version of Half Life? If not I'd say check that out. Shit they even have an EP too that's kinda fun.

I suggest you all listen to Stillworld. Album is 10x better than this and riffs WAAAAY harder.

New album trumps this in every way IMO and I really enjoyed this. They took all the good parts about this and expanded on it.

yeah i feel you. i think the highs are higher but the lows are lower for me. there's like 4 songs on there that just seem like filler where as i only think 2 on here are filler. need to listen more though.

The ending to Courier is so good, that tapping is orgasmic

Absolutely agreed, this album has so many good jams. The riffs and tapping on this album are wild, I'm still greatly astounded by how much better Stillworld is even tho I love this album

Naturehold is my favorite Jesse Cash feature as well, that chorus is phenomenal

still prefer this one to stillworld even tho i don't jam this kinda music much anymore. a lot of tracks on that one don't do much for me

Understandable, they do have a slightly different sound. I just dig the dark and gloomy feel of Stillworld, and the songs really crush you with a wintery feeling (if that makes sense)

i like the darker, winter-y vibe of Stillworld and it has some of their best material, but more tracks on there are zzz than this one

I don't think either album have tracks that are zzz inducing, but I'm a huge sucker for this style

Indigo thoooooo, that track is too good
