Sing the Word Hope is the prevailing favorite around these parts, although I'd recommend I Was Here For A Moment, Then I Was Gone over that.

I'd argue you gotta go chronological with these guys, from the beginning- it makes their evolution that much more impressive

Another good method for sure, provided you have the time to commit to listening to their entire discog. That's always the way to go when possible : )

Cheers Sig, been crawling to the 50 mark for about 6 years now (with uni admittedly taking up 3 of

those,) so its been a long time coming.

I'd say listen to He Films the Clouds Pt. 2 if you just want a taste, its kind of THE Maybeshewill

song. For a whole album, take your pick really.

Hmm, I like to go chronologically if I can, especially if there's a good amount of growth from the first release on. Thanks guys, will check the band out soon. It sounds like something I'd enjoy.

Yes this is fuckin sick! Honestly don't care if it's too happy dappy at times the last minute of In Amber just makes you glad to be alive.

Gonna be a contest between sleepmakeswaves and these guys for post-rock album of the year.

Contrary to the review, Waking Life is probably my fave on this atm. Hard to choose tho it's all class.

The piano is really formidable here. I feel like they mixed it into the overall sound perfectly. It's not overbearing, it's only used where it should be, etc.

If theres one thing im a major sucker for in music it's having pianos in your songs. That and saxaphones.

will comment just to say the melodies on this are uncharacteristically weak for this band. In Amber is pretty cool tho
