Johnny did sound pretty Damn good with them though. Good enough to the point that the instrumentation took a back seat. For me at least.

Jonny had no choice but to take things over with Emarosa; just look at how musically uninteresting that band is

I like this album a lot, but I can see why some don't, but I do feel that they'll balance things out with the next one with Tillian (which is already being recorded from what I heard)

Tillian has officially solidified the fact that Secret Band matters a lot more than DGD nowadays lol

As a fan of DGD I gotta admit,it's a fun album but then it get's a bit stale.

I feel like vocally Tilian went a little thinner than he needed to and his vocals come off as

flat.Mess did a bit of change in his vocal style but deffenietly shined here.

The biggest problem though is the lack of a cohesive second guitar, yeah Will is a solid guitarist but

the absence of a dueling guitar here is really big.

Agreed about the guitars, but I still think Tilian sounds great here.

He actually sounds better live, the production is a bit of flaw.Tilian may be one of the best singers today, and has a super unique voice. He also has a great abillity for hooks and grooves. His tenure in Tides of Man and solo stuff are living proof of the talent he has.
