Tokyo was a good song, but this one WAS underwhelming. Hope it fits better in context. It lacked any punch. I'm scared their popularity is watering them down.

yeah i've grown to like tokyo. the new song really lacks anything dynamic and interesting instrumentally. i like this band mostly because i love the singer's voice but i think the rest of the band helped bring out her voice. the new just doesnt have that.

just listened to their new album and i was pleasantly surprised at how much i enjoyed it. they went in a pretty different direction but it's honestly pretty good.

Aww shit only just heard the first song, great news that it's out. But yea six, Eureka was kinda underwhelming at first but really grew

yeah i know what you mean by inoffensively bland. at times i felt that was the case but i think the brighter moments kind of make up for it. last day is definitely a standout since it's probably the most like their other work

There were some great songs on the new album, and I honestly didn't expect them to go this direction, especially after this EP. The short songs are a waste, especially that random transition song "Unknown Planet". Had no business even being on the album. It's jarring between the two songs.



Dunno how I feel yet. Glad they're trying new things, but I'm not sure if it's working for them yet. I think they need to flesh out the ideas on a next album
