Honestly, I just don't dig death metal that varies too much from the old-school formula. There's a few exceptions, but this isn't one I them really. This isn't bad but I'll be okay not listening to it again.

There's so many OSDM revival bands that have put out awesome shit in recent years though such as Dead Congregation, Funebrarum, and Disma to name a few. Plus bands like Autopsy and Incantation still putting out quality albums after so many years.
