Tried my absolute hardest to like this album. Have given it maybe 5 or 6 full listens now.
Gotta agree with the reviewer for the most part. The vocals were the worst part for me. It was horribly mastered, the instruments sounded weak, the bass was too prominent in the mix.
Just because it's experimental doesn't make it good. It sounds bad, whether it was meant to sound that way or not, especially the vocals..

I didn't think this was boring. I enjoy it while it is playing, but there's definitely very little that sticks with you after the last track has ended. I just hope that the negative reaction (if there is one, I've only seen this negative review) doesn't stop them from continuing with the band.

Brendan, my initial comment was intended to be less critical than it may have come across. I can relate- I always have
issues starting reviews as well. When the issue comes up, I just try to start the review by getting an important point
across from the get-go- cutting to the chase, I guess.
