idk why i even gave this a 3.5 this album is corny.



its trying to be 1995 gangsta rap and modern pop music at once. and somehow a few shitty skits about

his dad wanting pizza and him praying makes this a Theatrical work of art.



RAP Music is at least twice as good as this. And that is not just lyrically. El-P is a WAY better

producer than all these sellout producers on here and actually has originality..

great review, a couple things i noticed though:
1. in the first paragraph you said induces where i think you meant indicates
2. dont put album titles in quotes, theyre supposed to be italicized.

Thanks. Nah induces was intentional, my point was that Kendrick was providing some perspective on the tiresome self-centered themes that a lot of mainstream hip-hop is exploring. It wasn't particularly well worded though. As for when / while, both work to some extent but I prefer your option.
