@ ChoccyPhilly - No, no use of strings at all... that would have been really cool though. But in all honesty, winterhalter's bass drum and whoever was the touring bassist... they had the sound on point. Really brought out some of the heaviness that you don't really get on the record because of how clean it sounds in the studio.

Yea this is about right. I was way too in the moment when this came out. Nothing mind blowing but has lots of beautiful moments. Neige has done work that far surpasses this.

Loveless never hit me hard actually, but I tried this before Loveless. It's pretty much the first shoegaze record I've listened to all the way through. I like Loveless a lot but I don't "get" it like most people on here.
