The more work with writing you do-- whether it's doing it or simply thinking about it, getting advice, etc.-- you'll find yourself more comfortable with it. i'm currently taking some journalism classes at school and simply that has helped me immensely
and reading a lot, and weirdly enough, exercising a lot. feel so creative when i'm physically exhausted

I guess fittingly enough, most of my reviewing inspiration comes from listening to music. If I get songwriting and lyrical inspiration, I can extend that to my other writing too. Ironically enough, I think my rut actually came from me reviewing TOO much, because then I got really lazy with the format

Nice review. I'm not usually a fan of very personal/first-person reviews (I always try to avoid using 'I' in my reviews - or in my writing in general) but you did a good job of describing what's so good about the album and the review is definitely well written.
