Stop now and never touch another cigarette. The habit and addiction sneak up on you like a motherfucking ninja. One day you're a social smoker smoking with your mates for a laugh when you're drunk. The next day you've got a pack a day habit. No joke. I don't even remember when I went from the "eww tobacco is horrible why would anyone smoke this crap" guy to the "I will choke a bitch if I can't get a cigarette" guy.
