For me it would be:
1. Calm The Fire
2. Fortress
3. Cry Of Achilles
4. Waters Rising
5. Addicted To Pain
The rest are really hard to rank for me

My top few could really be in just about any order and I'd be fine with it, since each of my favorites has it's own unique reason for its awesomeness.
Cry of Achilles: In terms of showcasing the whole band, this is the best they've ever done. That and the prog-ish feel to it are why this is probably my favorite if I had to pick one.
Bleed it Dry: Tremonti's best solo since Blackbird.
Peace is Broken: Insanely catchy. Sometimes I'll replay this one after listening to it just to hear the chorus again.
Calm the Fire: So much energy.
Waters Rising: Tremonti kills it and I love that prechorus riff.
Fortress: Worthy follow-up to Blackbird. This could have easily been a couple minutes longer and I'd have been fine with it.
Yeah, I'm gonna be listening to this for a long time. I actually was nervous that they were gonna keep following the Blackbird template with worse results after AB III, which I still think was great even though this outshines it by a wide margin. Now, I'm back to being as big a fan as I was when I first got into Blackbird.

Bleed it Dry is probably my favorite right now, that solo is ridiculous. Like Ties said, it's good to be back into these guys again, they had lost me a little with AB3.

I think the first three songs in this album are the strongest, aside from Water's Rising and Fortress. Other than that, pretty much every other is average, but yeah, they do average songs really well.
And Bleed It Dry's bridge is amazing. Seems as if Alter Bridge songs have good "Bridges!"
I'm so so sorry...

Gotta say, this has to be their best album. All their potential on other releases finally culminated into this. Tremonti shreds here, and the songwriting has improved a good amount. This is a Classic Modern Record

This may seem like kind of a random connection, but being both an AB fan and an Anberlin fan, I've realized that this album and its general consensus is pretty much the same for AB as Vital was for Anberlin.
In both cases, it challenges the "untoppable" quality of their magnum opus (Blackbird/Cities), is their heaviest album yet, and their most consistent, although not quite hitting the highest highs of the aforementioned favorite (which in both cases is a 7+ minute epic!). There's actually a lot of similarities now that I think about it.
