strange review. Murder, Cabaret and Drink you away are the weakest songs imo. And first two songs are the best ones
Also, usually when I listen to this I turn it off halfway through, say "fuck it" and listen to Mirrors

This is a wonderful review, but I strongly disagree. The songs on here are just as catchy as they were on Part 1, but instead of having a handful of standout singles, he spread the wealth across the entire album. I've listened to it all the way through about 6 times already, and I'm not even close to wanting skipping a track. Best songs are True Blood, TKO, and Murder.

Part 1 was so much better. This isn't half bad, but still a dissapointment. Cabaret is excellent though. And ironically, the shortest track here.

yeah I like Cabaret ^ and that's a good point. there's no harm in letting a 4 minute pop song be a 4 minute pop song.
i greatly prefer Part 1 but there's still some decent stuff here.

Agreed about "Not a Bad Thing." I would say I appreciate part one and two equally. They're both excellent and they both dominated/will dominate my ipod for months.
Question: As a collective work, where does this fall in the category of 2013's album of the year? It's certainly in my top five, and there's no reason to rule it out as number one.

Easy top 10 for me. I view it as the whole experience, all 21 songs as a full album. Damn, Only when i walk away is the only bad song on here. Wish so much he would've left it off the album and then 20 songs would actually make 20/20 make sense.
