I love every song. Its one of easiest albums for me to listen to all the way through.

IDK the first time I listened to Whatever it was one of the easier songs for me to enjoy/rock out to

compared to ACR which at first I loved the drum intro and everything else I thought was kinda boring.

I see what you're saying about it being different than the rest of the songs, but I really enjoy

vampires so I don't really care

@jefflebowski Have you listened to the music Alex Turner made for the submarine soundtrack? And if you did does it sound like other Arctic Monkeys songs or something new completely?

When The Sun Goes Down is my 2nd favorite song from whatever and one of my top 5 Arctic Monkey songs easily.

"It doesn't stop in the winter ,no."

has always been my favorite lyric from the song mainly because of its delivery.

The first parts good to hear, but I wish the album sounded similar to any of their other albums since SIAS is my least favorite AM album by far.

At best its a 3.5 for me. Its just not as good as Humbug which I have at a 4 and it doesn't have any fantastic songs unlike Humbug which has Crying Lightning, Dangerous Animals, and Cornerstone.

No fantastic songs? Dude Love is a Laserquest and That's Where You're Wrong are some of their best ever

Cornerstone is a much better song about getting over a girl then LIAL plus Love is a laserquest is

kinda boring to me musically.

Okay That's Where You're Wrong is great it reminds me a lot of the Beatles, but still 1 fantastic song

to 3 on Humbug is still a 3.5 or 3 for me.

Evil Twin is also pretty cool, but thats a bonus track or something.

yeah, the soundtrack's pretty nice, great film too. i'd agree it hews much closer to SIAS than any of their other stuff, along with some similarities to alex's last shadow puppets side project

Hows shadow puppets? I've only listened to the main AM albums none of their bonus tracks or side project things.

it's a thing he did a few years back with miles kane, orchestral chamber pop stuff, and it's really good if quite different.
