It isn't bad, just really yawning for the most time. + after The Discovery this really looks bad.

Nah, changed my mind. Listened to four songs and can't fucking take anymore. It's like all the songs are the fucking same. The same chugs with some uninspired synths... not abysmal by any means but this is pretty 2,5

I probably should give this album a chance, but this listens to like a true 2,5. Only enjoyable at times and in small doses, gets annoying real fast.

I like the two singles a lot more than the bore-fest that was "The Discovery." I'll probably be giving this a 3.5.

Good review, only thing I disagree with is the bass. Ironically the keys and bass are the only things interesting about this album. Which is funny because had the bass an keys been this good from the bands creation their other albums would have been miles better.

And all the praise for ”Illusionist” is sad.

I mean that lead sounds like a tossed

within the ruins part from their Ataxia

songs.

This band went from being comfortably above Veil of Maya to being comfortably below them. Also, they seem to be some spoiled little pricks in real life, just found out about that.

Have you seen their cribs video? They're ridiculously lame.

BOO are consistent & have been consistent since day 1 as rosencrance. A little clean vocals, ok cool, otherwise not much in the way of diversity.

like consistently boring. I listened to 4 songs off this and each used the same syncopated deathcore breakdown song structure for almost the WHOLE fucking song. looks like firing that guitarist did them no good. boo-hoo, we can't do drugs because Mr. Daddy's complaining! Too bad he's also our only hope of producing quality material! Oh well, doing crack takes precedence.
