Album was pretty boring last time I heard it, "I'm 18" and "Metal Thrashing Mad" are awesome though. It's been like three years since I've heard the full thing so it could warrant a 3 or 3.5

Undeniably. Compared to other Anthrax work, however, I find that the unique lineup for this is what sets it apart from everything after. Not to mention more than its share of gnarly riffs.
