My thoughts are exactly the opposite. Decay is a juvenile "slow jam" attempt with an awful spoken word section, Compass is totally out of place on the album, and the rest is utterly forgettable.
I dig the first half a lot, though...

The whole album is melodic hardcore and then out of nowhere Compass starts with this ridiculously generic metalcore, djent-ish riff. The song then devolves into that ridiculous breakdown that sounds nothing like rest of the album. Not that bands can't have standout songs but Compass just doesn't work. I always skip it.
