Yeah, I'm sure eventually it'll show up for me, but that autotune grates on my ears. At least it's better than the off-key warbling of the two pre-Fake History releases.

Yeah, I'd also love to hear an album that bends the genre in such an interesting way, similar to this... any recommendations?

Worship and Tribute is the only close one I can think of.

The St. Pierre Snake Invasion - Caprice Enchanté (came out this year and reminds me a lot of Letlive)

The Dillinger Escape Plan - Ire Works (a little weirder and more extreme but still awesome)

Sufferer - Sufferer (cool post-hardcore)

Greyhaven - Empty Black (a little more Every Time I Die-like)

Night Verses - Into the Vanishing Light (and everything before Gallery of Sleep because that's when they went fully instrumental...still rocks tho)

and maybe Alchemy Index by Thrice?

I wish they'd remix and remaster this. It'd be so much better

My rating would change for sure then, it's hard for me to listen to this now with this production

same right here. I was pissed and sad at the same time because if it's bad because of the music...okay. but being bad because of something that's so easy to avoid just hurts

Ive always found that it enhances the album as this is way more poppy than Fake History and the lo-fi production helps gives it a bit more edge.
