Liberi Fatali and The Successor are probably two of the greatest game tracks in the history of EVER. Uematsu is a genius and I don't know WHY he's been bumped from main game soundtrack composer for the series.

FF8 is my favorite FF game and probably the best soundtrack. Some of my favorite tracks include The Stage Is Set, Fisherman's Horizon, The Landing and Compression of Time. The Stage Is Set just really gets you excited, especially if you know the plot of the game, during that section, the music is perfect. And Fisherman's Horizon suits the setting well and is such a great song. FF8 is really good. In a movie, you can rewind or fast-forward but in FF, you just keep going, and I remember when I was 12 playing this game and I got to Fisherman's Horizon, it made me sad for some reason. That is the power of this game!

When the chick shuts her mouth the ending theme becomes so freaking epic.

The song and game are good, although the soundtrack to IX is better and both VII and IX are better games as a whole. (If we're speaking strictly on the PSX games)

I can't have been the only one who noticed the typo in the song name "Julia" in the review, think everyone was distracted by how utterly awesome it is aside from that.
The greatest soundtrack to my favorite FF game, once I saw my cousin playing this game for the first time at his house; it was a done deal.
