I imagine Willie is already writing a review? Besides it would take me some time because life and also the album itself -I think- needs quite some effort to really get into. I mean it's indeed very instantly enjoyable, but also a grower.

I will if no one does though.

Album's definitely a grower. I also loved it on first listen, but there were some songs that really worked their way into my brain after repeated listens. I can honestly say without reservation or condition that this is their best since Promised Land.

EDIT: I mean Condition Human, btw. Haha. s/t is great too, but CH is on another level.

Spun it three times so far, agreed about being the best since PL. Was anyone in doubt though? It's finally the band having the freedom they lacked plus a newfound great relation with a frontman.

The "spiraling the hourglass..." sections in "Hourglass" are so good.

I've heard a lot of people say, and I'd have to agree, that there is no ''Queensryche'' without The Voice. I know that sounds cocky. But, it's the general consensus. In fact, I've witnessed several fans protesting the recent shows with this new singer guy. I was hanging around in the alley behind the venue and saw at least 100 boycotting the show. - Geoff Tate

They'll hit the studio in January. New one better be more ambitious as Todd seemed to imply some time ago.

Spore and In This Light are still in the jams list

This is a horrible release, they do not even sound like QR anymore, now they sound like an imitation band of Fates Warning, do not listen to this rubbish, you will be wasting your time! I recommend you check out Geoff Tate's King's & Thieves or Queensryche's Frequency Unknown or Operation Mindcrime The Key, you will LOVE those 3 albums, they actually sound more like Queensryche & are by FAR much better written with much better vocals & concepts.
