This is another recent album that convinced me to complete my Filter library. Love the transitions from melting my face metal than transitioning to ethereal?/ambient tracks at the end of an album.

I liked this a lot more when it came out.

I was psyched when this album came out, but my excitement faded pretty quickly. The production sounds great and the songs hit hard, but compared to Filter's other albums this one sounds like a pretty blatant attempt for mainstream recognition (as literally every song, except perhaps It's My Time, sounds like it's fine-tuned for radio play). I'm still waiting for them to top Title of Record.
That said, Take That Knife out of My Back is one of my favorite Filter songs.

"With this latest edition Filter goes up to a route of "ooooh oooooh's", trendy production and sounds which I would never expect from Filter with the safety belt buckled on to tight and with far too uplifting and optimistic vibe (Which isn't bad per se, but not with Filter).
...
The only song which sound like Filter in prime times is 'Take That Knife Out Of My Back."
This comment aged the best. By no means a bad album and it is very easy to listen to, but it doesn't sound like Filter, really. It follows much of the same production gimmicks many mainstream hard rock and alternative rock bands had in the early 2010's.
