I used a vpn and heard the song. It’s pretty cool! More interesting than the gnashing. The bridge is my favorite part of the song. Mombassa is supposed to have screaming in the songs conclusion according to a recent interview. Pretty optimistic about the record.

Envy is incredible, post-rock is generally incredible, anything that's really REALLY heady and atmospheric usually catches my taste on the first listen and the good albums (like The Fallen Crimson) reward you with multiple relistens. i actually suspect this will grow on me more too.

hh okay the guitar work on "In Blur" is definitely giving me flashbacks to some of the older stuff, particularly New Bermuda. i can already tell this record is gonna be sticking with me throughout the rest of the year.
