I really can't decide if this or SFTD is my 2nd favorite Queens album. SFTD has a couple filler tracks but like half the songs there are perfect. and this one doesn't really hit the same highs (besides I Appear Missing), but every song is still fucking great

not much filler on sftd homie. this is a great record but when i want to listen to queens i want that scorching desert sound and vibe which you don't really get here.

and yeah I hear ya there. I generally prefer that desert rock sound but I think this album is perfect for what it is

i feel ya. i kind of liken it to Black Sabbath. heaven and hell is a fantastic fuckin record but when i'm in the mood for sabbath i want that doomy "we done fucked up and here's what's gonna happen because of it" sound and vibe.
