Maybe in terms of innovation, but I've never seen as many metalcore groups as have emerged in the last couple years.

I was extreamly disappointed in this record . I loved my devil in your eyes and I appreciate them trying something different and exploring new avenues but this just dosnt do it for me . The vocals on here are awful compared and the music seems boring . Great guys wish them the best . Good review by the way .

The few songs I checked out sound like shit

Metalcore doesn't seem as popular in the UK as it did a couple if years ago, but maybe I've just grown out of touch with the scene

It's not shit Apollo just painfully average.

I was very disappointed in this release. They showed so much potential on We All Have Demons and have done nothing so much as above average since. This is better than My Devil in Your Eyes once the listener gets past the vocal change, but it's still so bland compared to their debut.

i have to second that Smoke and Mirrors is awesome, but completely agree that the albums fails in progressing from their older releases. i'm a sucker for the hardcore-influenced vocals though, so that change was great for me.
