I remember liking this, well the main guy seemed like a right douchebag & that comes across in some of the lyrics but this album was a good time, can’t deny it.

Of Course is the best annoying song of all time

Three Days is so good though.

I never see people discuss Jane’s here. Great album.
Three Days is their best song — but the five songs before it are fantastic as well (except for Been Caught Stealing, which is catchy but annoying). Obvious is probably my second favorite.

Got to see these guys at Lollapalooza (16 years ago, fuck!!) with QOTSA, Incubus and Audioslave. Such a great day/night. I miss (the good) Lollapalooza when it was still a traveling show.

Para una banda que tiene titulos como picnic en el 4to B y ella uso mi cabeza como un revolver, todo es posible.

Agreed, opener really does a good job of setting this off with a bang.

Dude, if you don’t like Been Caught Stealing, you have no business listening to Jane’s Addiction. That’s like saying you don’t like STOP! No hate, but that raucous energy is the core of their sound.
It uses barking dogs as percussion. Genius.

Also,
then she did... >>> three days

Nah. 3 Days is their best. But Then She Did is phenomenal too.
And I don’t dislike Been Caught Stealing. It’s just overplayed for me. I’ve been listening to Jane’s for over 20 years tho so pre sure I have business listening to them haha.

Stop and Three Days have aged so well

Hell yeah. Same with No One’s Leaving, Ain’t no Right and (especially) Obvious — Three Days and Obvious are probably their best two songs.
It’s really sad how this band seems to be forgotten by most people. I never see, or hear people talking about them. I guess because they didn’t fit that “grunge” mold (whatever the fuck that is), didn’t achieve the same insane superstardom as some of their peers, and your average dummy MIGHT know the song Been Caught Stealing, but 8/9 out of ten people won’t know who the fuck JA is. And Perry Farrell created Lollapalooza, which makes it more bothersome.
