upstarts is pretty bad, agree with you there. I enjoy much of the rest of the album though.

Other than some pleasant guitar playing, this is pretty bland.

This didn't really stick with me. I mean, I still liked it I just don't have the desire to go back and listen again. Maybe it is bland? I'm gonna give it another shot though... Still has some great songs on it.

I'm surprised/impressed this album has generated this much discussion.

I HATED the lead single and want to live in a dreamy bubble where Marr isn't tainted by a desire to express himself vocally. Leave well enough alone! But you guys seem to be behind this so maybe I should dampen my resistance.

And to anyone who sees the feature and is like who is this gentleman go listen to the smiths you dumb dumbs
