Tbh I'd give Helio a 3.7 and Anthro a 3.8. I also like this a lot more than Fluxion, I'm probably in the minority there

I thought there was nothing special about Precambrian but it's ended up being one of my favorite albums

Precambrian is great 4/5 it's just worn off me over time. This is more dynamic than both sides of Precambrian put together imo

Now that i think about it I havent listened to Precambrian in full in a while, maybe it wore off me too. This on the other hand i can never see wearing off me. If anything i can see this becoming a 5 at some point

Precambrian is an easy 5 for me. The first half is great but the second half is just awesome.

Precambrian used to be a hard 5 for me too but after a while it kinda lost its spark. As much as i want to love it as much as i did, i just.. cant :[

Orosirian and Stenian are flawless songs though

I find it tough to get through all of Precambrian in one sitting. It's just massive. And I feel like Heliocentric and Anthropocentric would've worked better as one release; they could trim the boring songs and just throw in the good ones.

I admit to being a bit of an Ocean fanboy though. One of the only bands I've traveled 800KM to see (the other being Iron Maiden). Solid review though, definitely agree with the rating.

It's weird cause Precambrian wore off for me after a few months and I got bored of it for a period of time then all of a sudden I loved everything about it

But I suppose albums like this don't get enough attention as Precambrian takes most of the credit

Whoa, whoa, whoa! This album is a much smoother anal insertion.

Hah, by that i just meant that on some songs they change ideas every ~20 seconds like BtBaM does. Much more coherently though obvs
