I need to listen to it more to possibly do so. I've only given it 3 spins so far. As regards the genre, it seems to be a psych rock record with progressive and noise rock leanings.

^ Lots of noise rock and post-punk on this one tbh. Plenty of throbbing bass lines and buzz saw guitar tones. Plus, this characteristic angularity in riffs and the overall atmosphere of many tunes. I'd say psych and noise rock are prevailing genres on this one.
