This is pretty good but that overall is a bit inflated.

A solid 3.8

"In a place of Solace" reminds me of Underoath. The darker last album "Disambiguation" especially.

Not sure about this album but the drummer was always the art director and the same guy was always doing the art.

Good review, pos'd. Two songs in and I'm digging it so far.

Also, one thing that's been annoying me about them is Shane Told seems to recycle vocal melodies since Arrivals and Departures. He'll even use the same 4 or 5 notes in a row.

Awesome review, as always. I feel like this is their 3rd best behind Shipwreck and Waterfront. Too many eh songs on this album for me.

I'm just done with my first listen and I might even think that this is their best album yet. But I

haven't listened to their other albums in ages, so I can't really remember much of those. Have a

feeling that this will settle at a 4 after some more spins.

Well-written review by the way. Completely agree with it at this point. Already pos'd it yesterday,

just so you know.

Doesn't really do anything new or special, but I really do like this album, and I've not been a big Silverstein fan over the years save a few songs here and there.

I fucking love Departures.
